By using orioncapitalfunding.com (the "Site"), submitting the qualifier, or starting an application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who we are
Orion Capital Funding LLC ("Orion Capital Funding," "we," "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. We are a business-funding brokerage and business build-out firm — we are a broker, not a lender. We help connect businesses with third-party lenders and financial institutions; we do not ourselves originate, underwrite, or fund loans.
3. Using this Site
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.
- Information you submit through the qualifier or application must be accurate and your own (or the business's) — not copied from or about someone else without authorization.
- There is no cost to use the qualifier, submit an application, or be matched with lenders. See How We’re Paid for exactly how and when we are compensated.
- You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit fraudulent information.
4. No guarantee of funding
Submitting the qualifier or an application does not guarantee approval, a specific rate, or specific terms. Funding decisions, rates, and terms are made solely by the third-party lenders we work with, based on their own underwriting. We do our best to match you with lenders and programs that fit your situation, but we cannot promise any particular outcome.
5. Communications and consent
If you provide your phone number or email, you may be contacted about your request. What we text or call about, how to opt out, and your privacy rights are covered in full in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms — this section does not repeat or override those pages.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's text, design, and graphics belong to Orion Capital Funding LLC unless otherwise noted. You may view and use the Site for your own funding inquiry; you may not republish or resell its content.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and its tools (including the qualifier) are provided "as is." Qualifier results are estimates based on the information you provide, not an offer of credit. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Effective" date above will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
